Bad news, guys. I just called, we have to take the drink package. So at the number of people we have now it will be $16.80 (ish) each. I also need someone with credit card to call and make the booking for us so we can put down a deposit. :S
(Book us as having nine people, don't let them suck you into paying $35 per person, ask for per room per hour)

ok, I just booked for friday the details are as follows:
10 person room
8:30pm for 2 hours
$100 drink package
All up its $200, inc the drink package, we couldn't do the booking without that I'm afraid.
The deposit was $100, so i expect to see most of that back (minus my share of course) on friday.

Sunday, 8PM until late is $50 an hour, so it will actually be cheaper. You may want to hurry and book asap though as I'm assuming a lot of the after parties will be heading there...

At this point, Sunday will cost everyone $11.20 each.
Can someone please book this? The website says nothing about making a deposit - which I'm pretty sure they only make you do for the drinks package.
WHEN YOU BOOK ask for
A small 10 person room,
tell them we only have 10 people coming (no matter how many more we have, keep the booking at 10 people. This doesn't matter.)
Try to get a time 8.30 or after.
Don't let them charge you per person per hour, get the per room per hour booking.
Also, anyone who wants exchange numbers with me, please let me know in case you have to come earlier/later or something and get lost or if you end up no-showing and I have to find you or something. (would be handy to have anyway.)

i'd book but i don't have a credit card... i want to go on sunday, and i'm pretty sure thats when andrew wants to go as well, we don't want to look gross for the comp on saturday :-P

Well that's the thing, unless they ask for a deposit they won't need credit card details because they don't need a deposit unless you get a drink package... I'm pretty sure.
