Was zac in for friday, sunday or both?
Also, I really don't mean to be a pain but can everyone please try and give me a definite yes or no before I make the booking? I'd at least like to have 5 people who are 100% in before any booking is made.
Unless I have 5 people definitely in beforehand, I will be making the booking by Thursday morning.
Does anyone want to put their hand up to make the booking for Sunday? You'll need to present photo ID when arriving.
ALSO! VERY IMPORTANT! If you are making the booking for Sunday you MUST be on time to claim the booking or have someone who will DEFINITELY be there on time to claim the booking. Kbox is the most horribly inconsiderate place when it comes to bookings, and I can say from experience that if you are not there on time, they will not only give your booking away right away, but if you have made any deposit you will NOT get it back.
EXTREME NOTE THAT YOU SHOULD READ AND RESPOND TO OR I WILL MAKE A SAD FACE![/size]
What time should we hold this? On Friday night if we're in and out by 8 we get it at the price I quoted. However they're going to bump up the price a bit after 8.00PM so we need to work this out. I finish my volunteer stuff at 4.30, so maybe - depending on everyone else - 5.30PM start time would be good? This way we're out by 7.30 and if we still want to party we can go to Madam Brussels or something.

I'm in for both nights though I may only be able to chip in $5-$10 due to no income

Personally I'd prefer after 7 or 8 as a starting point, drinking (which i will be doing a notable amount of) before 8 isn't really something i would normally do... although i will if i have to... ;D

Alright, after 8 the price will be bumped to $50 an hour. Kbox hasn't got back to me yet on if we can do 7-9 or something, so assuming that's the case, right now Friday will cost us all $20.00 each. Now if we get more people (Feel FREE to invite your friends/people you find in the hostel) we can do the beverage package, which is $200, but that is for two hours and a $100 drink tab. However, you have to put down a $50 deposit. Right now that option would cost us $40 each... so uh... more people join, si, si?

jfsdfdygifsdhsdfuygfsd Yes, Friday. Sorry, puppy didn't exactly sleep last night and kept me up until about 4am chewing my hair.
Beverge package doesn't go very far (as Kbox drinks are a little on the pricey side) but it's convenient seeing as you can't bring in your own drinks. Also, $6 jars of Sake is always good.

Yeah, if you want to -try- and sneak in drinks, don't do it in your bag. They sometimes have bouncers who WILL check bags on your way in.
Also, I have two extras coming. They're a little uh... *ahem* but they're pretty cool guys. Fights teh alienz and doesn't afraid of anything.

yeah, I'm thinking more the the benefit of some of the others who might not be able to afford that much to drink... and hip flasks should easily fit in jackets/pockets The master chief fights teh alienz and doesn't afraid of anything... ;D

Well, in all honestly, in the long run it'd probably be way cheaper to just do it without the tab and pay as you order from the bar. That way the people who don't order much aren't paying for those who do and so on and so forth.

Am I to assume that this Kbox has non-alcoholic alternatives when it comes to drinks?
EDIT: Attention Roadkill! You forgot that I am bringing a friend on Friday. Also you might wanna take my name off Sunday for the time being. I have another friend joining me that day and I don't think he would want to be dragged along.

Will amend op to reflect this.
Also, Kbox has heaps of non alcoholic stuff including milk and sweet teas.
