In short Fighters Shooters and RTS.
Mind you I already played Guilty Gear Accent Core tourney at Manifest and my team made it to the round robin finals.

I'm more a DoD player then CS when it come to the Source Engine so I'd go with that. In the fighting category I'd go with any of the Tekken games and DBZ: Tenkaichi 3 and in RTS I'd give Starcraft a go. DoTA would be fun too though I havn't played in ages so I'd probably get smashed

I've played enough TF2 to dominate the score boards most of the time. But apart from that i'm mostly mediocre to above average in most games.

<sigh> Seeing as I'm gonna cosplay from TF2, I'd love it if I could learn to play the game beside someone who is familiar with it. I have never touched a multiplayer FPS in my life and don't own a computer that could handle the game.

"Dunkly's pad" eh? Hehe. Yeah mabye, I'd need to get some practice first haha.
I've been playing a Stargate mod for HL2 recently so I'm getting pretty good at that, and by pretty good I mean I'm always the highest scorer ;D So If anyone has the guts to point a staff weapon at me my P90 and C4 traps will be waiting!

Damn greenzaku, it sucks not having a gaming PC. I love my multicore i7 beast. Which character were you thinking of cosplaying as. I'd really like to do something like the soldier or sniper. I've seen quite a few scouts at recent cons i've been to and they turned out pretty good. Although you just need to look like the ShamWow guy to do that ...

Well I think from our conversation on Friday, I'd be doing RED Sniper...you happy doing Soldier? We could work out a funny skit or something, but how it goes would of course depend on which colour you choose. I don't think I could ever talk or move like Scout though, and in a way, if able to I'd like to avoid cosplaying him as he's done very commonly already.

If your gonna do a TF2 group count me in. I had 3 of my friends dress up as Scout, Medic and Sniper at a new years eve party of mine. They didn't even tell me they were going to do such thing I would of gladly joined in.

I'd love to, though I'd wait for clarification from siberias as to which event he'd do it with. I don't feel confident I know enough of the 'scene' in Ballarat, so to speak, to set up and run a group of my own. Moreover...you sure? I will be leaving the country in late october and will not be able to do any events other than Manifest and the ballarat cosplay event.
If the three of us can do either the Ballarat event or Manifest, it would be awesome, but otherwise I'd just feel bad at getting you two to do it at such short notice and it would be better for you to just work with siberias for a later event and not be rushed by my circumstances. I could just do Sniper solo before returning to Singapore.
That aside though, I would love for us three cosplayers to walk into a LAN shop and play TF2 with other people there just to make people sh!t bricks.

The new Meet the Spy vid just pushes me to cosplay as The Spy. I was either going to do him, The Heavy or ask my friend for his coat and do The Medic.
