Ballarat’s Cosplay Competition 2013 Registration Form

Welcome to the Pre-Registration for Ballarat’s Cosplay Competition! Below you can register your details to participate in the Cosplay Competition for Ballarat.
We will be taking registration on the day, but please try to remember to pre-register to insure your space.
Before you continue it is important that you remember to check in on the day of the event. If you are participating in a group, all parties must check in together on the day of the event at the Eastwood Leisure Center (main hall).
Check in closes at 12:30pm sharp. Exceptions will be made for those traveling by train.
You will also be able to register for cosplay, or register additional group members, on the day of the event should slots be available.

If you, or your group, do not check in on the day, you, or your group, WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM COMPETITION.
If you are unsure or wish to have any of these terms and conditions clarified, please do not hesitate to email BAKA Team at Karrin@MUGGLENET.com.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
I confirm that I have fully read and understand the conditions set out in the Ballarat Cosplay Competition Terms and Conditions and have also fully read and understand the Weapons Policy. which is found HERE!
I also agree to fully comply with the request to remove, or change out of, any part of the costume that the Ballarat staff may deem too questionable and/or is a threat to public safety and/or comfort of other attendees.
I am aware that on the day of the competition, I will also be asked to sign in at the event and acknowledge that I have read and understand the rules. The consequences for a severe violation of the rules may include being asked to leave the site.
Please remember this is meant to be an enjoyable event, so have fun!
