Hey everyone, I'm Rowan, i recently found out about this anime club through a friend, and i saw the poster at game traders/vagabond or whatever their calling themselves now.
Anyway, i only recently got into anime, i won a box set at Armageddon last year and since then I've been hooked. I'm also a cosplayer, anyone who went to Armageddon or eGames will recognize me as the master chief. I'm currently working on a heap of other cosplays, i don't buy stuff pre-made, i make it all myself (with some help from friends and family). If anyone wants any cosplay tips or help with a costume, please ask, I'm sure i can help.
My favorite animes are (in no particular order): Cowboy Bebop (my all time favorite, and the best anime ever imo) samurai champloo Hellsing (OVA's) Full Metal Alchemist Last Exile Trigun Air Gear Shuffle And that's pretty much all the animes I've seen, aside from a few movies ;D

Ill have my ODST done by then, so ill wear that, trust me it will look even cooler I don't think ill enter, i won my fair share of comps last year. But as i said on the manifest forum I'm sure i can make a capable judge, or just help organizing and setting up if needed.

Polyurethane resin, aka casting resin. As well as fiberglass, body filler, sweat and blood (literally)
Haha! true... I wonder how much they get paid to be both babes...

Some of the construction, especially the strapping system is actually rather crude... like every true costume i finished it the night before the convention... ;D
