Hey everybody
I'm somewhat of a n00b to anime.....i'm so predicating to get trolled for this....
By bestie Bonnie introduced me to Sailor Moon and My Neighbour Totoro and i was instantly hooked....
best way to describe meh?

Bright red hair, with brighter red/hot pink sections and a yellow/orange fringe d
a whole lot geeky (i can quote every ep of Buffy, and have read Twilight 34 times...but i'm NOT just some fangirl)
and am an avid fanfiction reader and writer
the thing i'm looking most forward to, with joining this community....is the cosplay
Man, i love cosplay...it's just so indescribably awesome

yea just ignore borgie, hes picture may look scary but dont worry hes not  Welcome to the boards and I hope to see you around. I have to say i have not watched either Sailor Moon and My Neighbour Totoro but i know of both and i do plan to watch totoro eventually......  what version of sailor moon did you watch the censored or non censored version? i have not seen it but i have been told there is a big difference. |

We were all new to anime at some stage of our lives. Also getting into Sailor Moon and My Neighbour Tototro is not a bad start, perhaps it was a perfect start. for me, my earliest anime I saw as a kid was the 80s series of Astro Boy when it used to be on ABC tv, back then there was only just 2 TV channels in country victoria. The melbourne ones had all 5 channels at the time and when my family went to a city near Melbourne for a family holiday the TV picked up the melbourne channels and I was able to watch some other anime in the mornings like Samurai Pizza Cats. So those would be two of my earliest anime series I have seen. |
