when the copy of MK9 gets rejected AGAIN from OFLC, it just gets worse. au.gamespot.com/pages/news/story.php?sid=6303984&skipmc=1This raises so many questions. Why wasn't this kind of law enforced on previous games like Left 4 Dead 2 or Silent Hill: Homecoming? How will the government prevent piracy of this game? Because due to this news it just provokes pirates to do so. In what law does it permit customs to go through everyones goods for a measly game? I'd understand if they were chasing drugs/pornography etc. But a game, infact the same question can go for movies/music/books. An age old question... HOW DOES GOD OF WAR III, DUKE NUKEM FOREVER, GEARS OF WAR II, MODERN WARFARE II AND THE GAMES OF THAT KIND GET THROUGH UNDER MA15? Those games get away with murder (pun?) but Mortal Kombat gets the axe. Not to mention the games in the series of MK get through no questions asked. Another age old question... WHATS WITH THE DELAY OF IMPLEMENTING ON AN R18 RATING FOR VIDEO GAMES? What's stopping them? Tell me please.

Has Australia nothing better to do or nothing that it deems more important than sniffing through people`s mail for a game that`s no worse than GTA or whatever? Geeze... Get a life, Austrailian clasification people! You let horrible porn/gore slasher movies in the country, but a fighting video game? Bah..

If you are on the ratings board which let the film called 'Cannibal Holocaust' (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cannibal_Holocaust : very infamous film) go through with an R18+ and you don't pass on something smaller in comparison like Mortal Kombat then there is something seriously wrong with you.
If memory serves me right the only film banned here is A Serbian Film (and with good reason, from what I heard).
Ah well, yo ho ho a pirates life for me...
