Nothing Like This... (Since July 30...)

Hey all!

No new posts in this board since July 30-ish, so I figured it was time I got around to making intro-ma-ductions and such. *Shakes sleeping forum by its forum-y shoulders*

Soooo... Hi! I'm Cerberus "Cerby" de Rozier (I feel like I'm being a showoff...). I have a... You know... "Normal" name... But like most other anime fans you get used to being called "You there! You in the costume!" for so long that you just... Stop... Responding to any other title. So... Yeah! Hi - I'm Cerby!

To be honest, I've been out of the anime-world-of-win for probably near on two years. Just kinda lurking on the outside, watchin' the cool kids watchin' their animes, and goin' to cons, and generally having a good time, so I decided it was time I finally poked my head out of my leeeeeeeettle box and did something. Interaction = Uh... Yeah. Supah fun happeh times?

I used to cosplay (failing dismally) but have vowed a return in 2010, having learned from my mistakes! Should be much fun. Got some things in mind, but am trying to keep it fairly quiet as to avoid suspicion. Or, more likely, avoiding the sympathies of my fellow cosplayers when I fail. Hard. XD Optimism. I has it~!

Trying to get back into gaming - paying off an Xbox 360 and my very own TV at long lasts - and... That's going well so far. Six games and not a consol in siiiiiight... Fuuuuuuuu... u_u ONE. DAY. SOON.

I tend to bang about a bit on DA. Not much fandom based stuffs there at the moment... But... Art. It happens. Probably be more worth looking at once I get... You know... Back into things.

So yeah. Again. I feel like this has been going on waaaaay to long... *Wonders if she can expire the character count before this finishes... Doubts it...*

Anyhoo... Hoping to make it to some meetings - I promise to stop being such a lazy bag and make it in on... Friday... Friday's the next meet, right?

So... Yeah. That's me in a nutshell. (Must be a bloody big nutshell...) No... WAIT!!! *Insert Austin Powers nutshell joke heeeeere...*

Okay... I... Really think I need to go know... I'm just getting... Bad. XD If I haven't frightened any of you off, please feel free to say hi Friday. I'll... Probably have my purple blingy collar on... So... Yeah!

I suck at cosplay too.

Once I tried to cosplay as Ash Ketchum for a high school dance social, but I never had the right outfit and the pokeball I had was nothing more than a red foam ball.

That was 10 years ago, last year I tried to cosplay as the Angry Videogame Nerd that has his videos on youtube, but I never had the glasses and my hair was nothing like he wore.

without the right materials and with no ability to make your own costumes, it is hard to do cosplay.
