i would like to orgnise a cosply comp again for this year in the july school holidays. it would be nice to get a bit of feed back from people about this plan  any help would be great thanks  |

hmmm well i will most likely wont be cosplaying so i will be able to help you with all the behind the work stuff. and also with the aid of andrews camera I can help document it. I also suggest trying to open it up to the greater cosplay community. so invite people we know and such from Melbourne to enter as well.

well im sure we will be able to pull up a couple at the very least for just some fun.
specially if we advertise on facebook and what not, im friends with a few melbourne cosplayers and im sure other members have even more friends as well

Goodgames ballarat will be willing to donate a few vouchers as prizes.... They may add some funding toward it but I'd need to discuss this with mark who's away at the moment. I'll keep you posted!

Make sure it isn't during the AVCon weekend because I know a few of us are planning on heading over to Adelaide for that in July (Don't know if that falls on the school holidays or not). Plus I want to be there to defend my title |

good news manifest is sponcering us again for prizes so we need to start avatising asap!
but we need to sort out a date i'm thinking the 3rd of july but we might not b able to book the up stears of yhq that day...... so any suggestions on where we could hold it or even a different day in the holidays..... but keep in mind some people work all week so saturday would b best, just some things to think about entrence forms will b up soon happy cosplaying
