They have FNM at a place in Melton. Probably easier there, but you guys don't do any TCGs?

Which tcg's? Pokemon? UFS? Magic? World of warcraft? All available at good games and depending on certain things will depend on if tournaments and drafts will be run. They even stock yu gi oh!
There are many people who are members of buggs that play magic... In fact most of them do!
Most of them can be found in good games which is located under the commonwealth bank on the corner of lydiard street and Sturt street ballarat.
