I'm in. I will personally type, print and sign with pen along with email address and phone number. If Atkinson has the intelligence (let alone balls) to discuss this issue with me I am more than happy to talk it over with him or any other politician for that matter.

Think about it, he approved the appeal so he has some "evidence" to use as he waits for some Australian to rip out someones spines and drink their fluids like the serial murdering, rapists he thinks we are. This is why we really DO need the R18+ so that games like this can still be sold in Australia but it is kept underwraps and out of reach of the minor audience. Infact if you looked at the paper I am currently writing to the government (Mr. Atkinson in particular) you'd be amazed at what ideas I came up with and how you would expect Mr. Atkinson to try to counterargue them. The keyword being 'try'.

Funny thing is that his arguements involve games that are hard to find or would never be sold here in the first place. I remember him making a point about Custers Revenge. That game was back in the days of Atari 2600 and even then such a game was sold behind the counter. I also find it laughable that he mentions RapeLay in his arguements. Nowhere outside of Japan ever got a hold of that game so in a way, that makes his point invalid. But still it's nice to see that he's TRYING to piss off the Australian gaming community with his flawed logic. I would expect him to take a swing using Manhunt which was out 6 months before it got pulled. But no, this man thinks outside the box he makes Jack Thompson look like Jesus Christ.

It's Custers Revenge all over again people. If his influence spreads interstate (the keyword being 'if') expect to see very generic boxart for your games, movies etc. This will surely piss off the collectors of such entertainment.

They let me hang out in their club house once, nothing harmful at all about that. Either Atkinson is a huge pussy, paranoid or very utterly retarded. But the point is clear, if he compared us gamers to the infamous Bikers (ie. Hells Angels). Then it's clear that he doesn't know shit about the real world. After this had gone out I can only ask one thing of Mr. Atkinson. Resign and explore this world. Go to an arcade, explore the video game shop, take in the videogame culture anyway you can. Afterwards go to a biker gang club house and see how they stack up side by side.
