...freakin' Twilight.... -_- on to a new topic: I hate it here - never before have I ever had such a broken, all-over-the-place sleep pattern. Hell, I don't even get 4 hours sleep anymore. So damn noisy - between the neighbours making a racket after 11:30 pm every night, slamming thier screen door, cupboards etc, the cars and horribly noisy motor bikes, the church/christian school next door with thier noisy children, and that cute but damn annoying bird that's in the trees outside my window EVERY MORNING at 4;30am onwards making a racket going KI KI KI KI KIIIIIIIIIIIII.....every.damn.morning. I don't think I'll ever get to sleep properly while I'm here... It's taking it's toll on me; yesterday one of the teachers at one of the schools I work at commented on how "ill and sickly I look lately" - great.... hmm, I have been sick alot lately though - no sleep certainly doesn't help....

I've been working on a solution to fix my sleeping patterns. It involves Dance Dance Revolution. I noticed how tired I gotten after playing it in an arcade for the first time in years. Then it hit me. I am currently trying to find my mat and games. With those, play for a good hour before you want to go to bed on the highest difficulty. I've yet to try it, but I'll let you all know on how it works out.

Not a big deal to most, but I sure as hell get annoyed by it. I am eating dinner and I ask someone to pass the salad. Then my mother says, we have no pasta salad. The parents burst into laughter and I just give them a hard look. I don't know what it is with parents but they ALWAYS seem to tell the lamest jokes. Then again, my parents never got my kind of humor. My mother walked into me and a few of my cousins watching an episode of Metalocalypse and she thought we were warped.
One more thing, why is it such a complicated joke to get Microsoft Points on a Hong Kong Xbox Live account? Some DLC exclusive to outside Australia came out (take the hint) and apparantly the regular cards you can buy here won't work for other region accounts. So I had the idea of paying on a debit account. When I was about to input information, the console told me to switch my language setting to Chinese. I said *profanity* that and went to my backup idea of buying a code from a digital MS Point card from play-asia.com (another reason why they are so awesome) I buy the card, get the code, typed in the 25 characters to redeem my points. The process seemed to work and guess what, the machine still insists I switch to Chinese language in order to proceed. So I said *profanity* it and did so. What happened later one of the most unnecessary cluster*profanity*s in order to get DLC. I don't know what I was doing but eventually I figured it out. Just push random Chinese characters until you pass through the whole process. In time, I got my points and DLC downloaded. But man, what a shitload of *profanity*. You would think the whole process would be as simple as pie. But no, it had to be as complicated as rocket science.

Hmmm, I see your point - they just love to complicate things for us gamers....
Primary Schools over here are the worst - never have I been so irritated by the complete lack of respect these kids have towards thier teachers - unbelievable... Especially the tantrum kid I witnessed on monday. Holy hell - I would never take that kind of shit from a kid like that....geeze
