I just found out that both of my Gouldian Finches died - and it made me even sadder to hear that they both died side by side. Mum thinks that the female died first, and then the male died shortly after - most likely due to grief (if you think that animals don't feel grief and sadness, you got something wrong with you!) That makes three of my birds I've lost in 3 months ;_;
RIP my little ones

That's sad to hear. Sorry about that. Anyhoo, I bought some Dragon Ball Z themed card sleeves from the city about 100 of them for my Commander MtG deck. Bloody things don't fit, like sticking your dick in a Cheerio. My other anime sleeves fit my other deck, but these ones don't... sad too they looked badass. That's 13 bucks wasted

ah, sorry to hear that borgie - you can't get a refund at all?
Well, got another phone call from mum today - first words being "there's something I need to tell you about Phoenix" (my pet rainbow lorikeet) and I'm like "oh God, don't tell me he died too?!" after a brief explanation about how he was suddenly acting aggressive to mum and not accepting treats and what not - she tells me HE laid and EGG. .... The bird whom the breeder swore was a male layed a freakin' EGG! 'cos yeah, MALE birds can do that too apparently -_- so yeah, turns out Phoenix is actually a female - don't I feel like a ninny now... it's not like I feel any different about my bird now - I justy gotta remember to say "she" instead of "he" now... *groan*

HELL YES I FINALLY GET TO USE THIS! Question is... did it reproduce with another bird? Otherwise, did it asexually reproduce on it's own? Somewhat I doubt that last one however nature often surprises me at times. But seriously, when I read that post Futurama came to mind.

I finished watching the anime Katanagatari - EPIC. I highly recommend watching it - it's 12eps, and each ep goes for about 50mins each. Loved it. Also had the "Oh My GOD! I didn't see that coming!" moment too..

Well I just received my first rejection email from a job opportunity I applied for a month ago. I'm feeling kind of discouraged at the moment. Which is quite sad because all the jobs I want to take require some time of relevant experience. This whole job search is harder than I had anticipated.

Saw Captain America in the Melton cinema. The place was a friggin trashhole. Garbage, garbage everywhere. To make the cinema look more stupid, the movie stopped over halfway when it was getting great. Last time I ever go there again.

Of all the things my parents have just blurted out of the blue for no reason. This one gets the award for being so dumb, random and awkwardly timed. Here's the scenario, I'm eating dinner (Beef Ravioli ftw) and watching the news. My mother just says this for no apparent reason "After you get your job, maybe it's time you got a Russian Mail Order Bride." I literally had nothing else to say after that, I mean what in the blue hell made her bring THAT up? Also, why during dinner time? Why Russian? Why a Mail Order Bride? Was family life always this awkward?

yeah, that was a rather random comment for your mum to make Borgie... And don't trust the russian mail order brides - according to movies, they're usually spies; or something like that....
Bloody random-box figure thingies. You know how you can buy a small boxed figure from anime or whatever, except they are random, and you don't know which one you'll get? I ALWAYS get the one character from one of the series I really like, that I don't want. Any of the other characters is fine, but I always get that one character....I'm cursed....

The internet can get you a complete set of certain series of boxed figurines. Honestly, I like the idea of surprise that goes into those things. I don't like however how it blows back in your face when you get the one you don't want. Ah well, beggars can't be choosers.
