Hello to all BAKA members. This is Ray from Vagabond Games & Collectables. Thank you to Rose and Celeste for their energy in getting the group organised and for inviting me to your first meeting.
As you know we will provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes for the winners of our first comp closing on 31st December 2008. We will be either sponsoring or running more comps from time to time.
I have organised to loan your group a data projector so you can view on the big screen at your gatherings. For your first session I have also organised a Madman preview disk of two titles - Man on Wire and The Girl who Leapt Through Time.
Don't forget that when you shop or order through us we offer you lower prices than the madman.com.au online store plus you don't have to pay for shipping!!!
In January we will begin adding manga to our range. Naturally we invite your comments on the type of things you would like to see or place firm orders for. Our email address (for the moment) is vagabondgames@dodo.com.au. Coming soon we will have our own website and email domain so keep an eye out for that announcement.
Finally - please have a great New Year's celebration tonight (yes it's the 31st December 08 today) and I look forward to serving you all in 2009.
