That'll be great...sorry if I sounded impatient when I was asking about them. Its just that being the one behind the camera, I had pics of everyone but myself :/ (ok, there were a couple of them, in near-total darkness and blurred - its a very inferior camera and takes getting used to.)
In fact I'm more waiting on nakey's photos than kirrilee's - I'm sure we all understand that lomography is a very slow and manual process and I kinda expect her to take her time.

I carry my camera with me almost all the time now to take nature photos, unfortunately I could not make the last meeting :/ But I think its safe for people to assume that if I'm physically at an event, I will have a camera and will do everything in my power to have photos available within 24 hours. Perhaps I've been spoilt by the way photographers in Singapore did things (racing to post 300++ event photos in the first 4 hours after an event is not uncommon lol), but then I expect to do pretty much the same thing myself.
In an event the scale of Manifest, I would basically wear myself thin running almost at full tilt for the duration of almost the entire event, then charging home and staying up till dawn editing and posting photos. I kind of gathered photographers here aren't always like this, but old habits die hard for me and I like the thrill to be honest:P

Haha...! Maybe I'm a psycho for saying this, but I really love the adrenaline rush of the quest to snap 100s of cosplayers within a single day, possibly while cosplaying too. Unless I didn't manage to photograph them earlier, I also do not go for dinner or chill out with them after the event...rushing back as early as possible to be among the first to upload pictures is a photographer versus photographer rat race. The old forum I used to be on is www.sgcafe.com There was a very large event just a few days back, and if you go to the Cosplay photos section you will see how easily 30-ish photographers raced to upload photos the same night. Bandwidth consumption on that forum increases as much as 20-fold in over the next two days. I don't expect this sort of insanity after Manifest, but I'd do it anyway out of habit. There's much INTERNET GLORY to be had if one is among the first five photographers to post, and also the first to upload photos of the more elusive cosplayers! XD

Its kinda a pity.

wow, i wish events in aus had photographers racing to upload pics! haha. I normally have to wait at least a few days, sometimes up to a week for most of the good photos to be out after a lot of the cons i go to.

Okay. We'll see if karasu managed to get Nicole, or if kirrilee manages to finish first.
