I've been having a small idea that what BAKA could be doing in the future. I've been thinking about either a BAKA Only game tournament (it can be as small as Pokemon on the DS or as big as Super Smash Bros, Street Fighter or...Halo 3) or alternatively we just hangout some dudes house and do nothing but play videogames.
This is just an idea, I don't expect it to go forward on account of this being an Anime club. But it does give something for us to think about if you want to consider it.

Doesn't Ballarat have a LAN cafe or something? I had a DDR Mat but it's broken...  . Plus I quit a long time ago, long story and I'm not sure if I wanna go back. |

Yep, ballarat has a LAN cafe called Guf, but unless its a PC gaming tourney it would best be organized somewhere else, they have a few xbox's, but only one DDR mat.
Perhaps a Guitar hero comp? In sure between everyone we would have enough guitars, screens and xBox's (between me and dunks we have access to about 5 or 6 guitars, 2-3 Xbox's and numerous copy's of Guitar hero 3 and world tour)
And i don't think there's anyone who would be overly good at it (perhaps turner...), unlike a Halo 3 comp where i would win... ;D
Another random thought, does anyone still have their Yu-Gi-Oh card deck? ;D

I has 2 guitars and a complete band kit for Rock Band/GHWT. I will have to take you up on Halo 3 one time...
I still have my YGO decks.

We already have a fair number of lan events on Mt Helen campus, but sure if anyone can find a decent collection of Anime based games I'd love to give it a try... and no I will not play on a bloody Nintendo... Wait...HOW DID I MISS THESE!?!?  |

In the same vein, maybe everyone could bring their DS' and we can have a Mario Kart tournament? There is a possibility of infamous Mario-kart-related violence, but it's all in good fun. :3
