I have booked YHQ For tomorrow at 3pm for an hour. I would like as many people as possible to turn up.
We are designing membership cards and rather then using something other people drew we thought it would be awesome to have a card designed by a member of baka! There may even be a prize or three involved! (currently under negotiation).
Themes and such can be discussed tomorrow and via the thread. Sorry about the late notification but we really want to get this underway (there are stores that would like to see this happen soon so they can offering members discounts ect)

An excellent oppertunity to contribute to baka, If you lack the artistic approach dispair not! You can use pictures from the net as long as you reference where you got it from and if you can find who drew it then add that as well. The winner will be announced in a future meeting. times and such will be set tomorrow hopefully.

Today is a setting of rules and such. We will also set dates for things to be completed by.
Just to add to the previous thing, if you use a picture someone else has drawn try to get their permission.

Can we get an overview of the rules and such seeing that I would like to do this. Are we talking personalized if so then I want each member to state what they would like on their card.

Sorry about the delay. Found out saturday that i'm the new student services officer at SMB.
All submissions are to be in by the end of may... If you contact myself or Rose we might give you a few extra days if you can't quite make it by then... no promises...
June all submissions will be put up and voted upon.
July a winner will be picked preferably before an event happening that month so we can issue cards and print out cards ect.
Priority will be given to members who attend. members who can't attend meetings will still get a card but you will not be given one off the bat. Members with cards will be expected to behave in a matter deemed appropriate my the members of BAKA. failure to comply will result in the three strike policy. strike three we take your card. I do not believe this will ever happen but its there in case.
To be issued a card you must attend at least two meetings or two BAKA get together events. hence why people who have attended many meetings so far are getting one so quick.
Rules for competition:
Any works obtained from internet must have approval of artist and must not be anything deemed innapropriate. (nude pictures scantly dressed individuals)
Present your work as a poster and card sized. We will accept poster sized as long as it can be shrunk.
Usage of appropriate font is required. (as cool as it would look no predator writing)
