OK, I thought starting a new thread would be a good idea so we can get this organised. ( also I have permission from edelric).

I wanted to make a point of saying that there are two events planned for the Sunday night.

Karasu666's birthday ramen outing and karaoke.

Also the last screening for Manifest ends at about 8pm i think. Meaning that ramen would start as soon after that as ppl can get from the showgrounds to the ramen place.

If ppl have opinions on how we can get this to work. Post here. I will be calling Kbox sometime tomorrow and finding out if they even have a room available.
