What I was tired of with DBZ was the fact that most of the time "only Goku can save the Earth!" - what about all the other super powerfull fighters? That, and why do all the bad guys want to blow up earth? What's to gain from it..?

DBZ was one of those 'first animes' for me, Astro Boy being the first, DBZ sort of really got me into anime. My love for it is OVER NINE THOOOOOUUUSSSAAAAANNNDD!!

ok just to be diffucult im gonna redo my list cause yea i dont like it all that much.
#1: code geass
#2: Spice and wolf
#3: Hajime No Ippo
#4: One piece
#5:To aru Majutsu No Index
i was almost not gonna put one piece and index in cause well one piece is just so dam big and i also try and not put the titans(one piece, bleach or naruto) into lists because well there are the titans. and index is really good but it kind of never goes anywhere. but i guess thats ok considering that its probably gonna get another season next year (hoping)
Code Geass is number one becuase well its epic. and will always be my number one. and i dont knwo why but last time i did not add Spice and Wolf. Now that is anime at its finest. its something i would not watch normally but the art, storyline, romance its all there and perfect. GO AND WATCH!!! its only small
and well ippo, thats a prity dam good anime as well. I never really thought i would get into sports anime but ippo and the eyeshield 21 manga changed that. they just have a certain thing that makes them unique other genre cant touch upon. Ippo made me fall in love with sport anime and every episode either had me laughing my arse off or on the edge of my seat (most of the time)
