Hehe, I'm kinda hesitant to ask my mum for help - she has to sew a heap of stuff for my sister's wedding in September...Which reminds me, I need a dress for the wedding.... Sigh...

well, i've got to make my amaranth outfit... finish my soul eater spoiler... and... maybe do a fruits... but i probably won't... and i'm meant to be helping a friend with a costume but she disappeared and went home for a week instead of being at uni...
I'm able to help anyone if they need it... I have plenty of free time :-D

well i got zori for $2 at a shoe shop (straw sandels) got a hakama patern (offical) got the materal, ordered my wig and tabie and made my bracelet all i need now is to make the costume  |

Kitteh: Looks like on the Saturday my friends and I will have an Alice In Wonderland lolita group and I'm designated Doormouse or Cheshire cat depending on what I can get together. At this point it looks like the former so I'll probably need mouse ears instead, and I have VERY little idea how to even get one together...

hey Ed, how's the hakama pattern working out? I have started to make a 'practice run' kimono, seeing as I have never made one before - I'm making it out of calico - my uncle got 500m of it for free!

lol, that is so much calico! I use it for mocking up most of my costumes so i can get them right... since i don't use patterns :-P
and rose, your wig looks amazing! your manifest hoody looks cool with it too :-)
