Probably the last update for Kenshin before completely revealed at the comp this Saturday. Photo update anyway. The Sword itself is nearly finished with just a final paint on the blade and to have it assembled. The saya (Scabbard) is shaped, sanded, assembled and ready to begin painting as soon as it stops raining  So this is what it's currently at:  Also pretty much finished my zori today. After a test wear I need to shorten them a little bit at the front but apart from that they're done. Here's a pic of them while wearing my tabi that I finished making last week:  Nearly done  |

ok well i said that my cosplay for sat is staying a secret but thought i just HAD to post this photo since it shows progress of some type but no noticeable spoilers  this is basically what the kitchen/living room looked like at home whilst i was doing costume work, and dont even ask about the shed, there was more crap in there but being a shed it didnt look as out of place |

Haha, that's what my bedroo looked like up until last night when i finally got some cleaning done (I do most of my costume making in there ) Oh and I'm pretty much all done for Saturday, just need to do acouple more coats of paint on the saya and then wrap the cord around the top of it. I just hope it has time to dry properly so I don't get half wet paint all over y costume tomorow >_< I'll cut and style the wig today then done done done! ;D |

they are pretty hard to find apparantly... but it should be easier for you because you have smaller feel than the guys... hehe, boofy-feet :-P

hehe... Aoshi wears normal shoes ;D I think they are pretty similar to spikes shoes, so ill just use those. I cut out the material for Higes jumper today, this will be the first thing I've completely done myself Plus we got our shipment from corworx today, my Hige wig and Vincent boots, and a few wigs for dunks and his Alex Rowe boots. I also realized how much time we have till manifest.... NOT LONG! *freaks out* |
